GIS Staff Bio's


Jennifer Tovar, GISP
GIS Coordinator
Jennifer has been employed as the GIS Coordinator in Greenville since 2008.  Since that time she has built an enterprise GIS from the ground up and has integrated ArcGIS Online which allows her coworkers the ability to access and edit their data and maps. Her duties include the coordination of GIS efforts for various departments including community economic development, administration, parks and forestry, public works, and fire and rescue. 

Jennifer is a 2006 graduate from UW-Oshkosh with a B.S. in Geography. She has been a member of Wisconsin Land Information Association since 2006 when she was a student volunteer and an active member since 2007.  She served two terms on their Board of Directors.


Jacob Waldschmidt
GIS Specialist/Erosion Control Inspector
Jacob has been employed as the GIS Specialist/Erosion Control Inspector in Greenville since 2015. While in college, Jacob worked for the City of Fond du Lac for three summers. One of those summers was spent interning as a GIS Specialist. His duties include updating and maintaining the water and sanitary department’s spatial data sets. Jacob has created numerous apps to simplify processes as they pertain to inspections. He conducts research, gathers, and analyzes data to provide accurate, reliable, and critical GIS information for the water and sanitary department. In 2017, Jacob played a key role in integrating ArcGIS Enterprise for Greenville.

Jacob is a 2015 graduate from UW-Oshkosh with a B.S. in Geography where he was involved in the Geography Club. He has been a member of Wisconsin Land Information Association since 2015.
