One of the goals of the Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department is to provide residents with a variety of recreational opportunities both through direct department programming as well as directing residents to other recreational providers. While department programming is currently minimal, we hope to add additional opportunities in the future. If there are specific programs that you would like to see us provide, please feel free to contact us.

Department Programs:

• Tennis Lessons
• Community Movie Night - In the event of rain or wind the movies will be shown in the pavilion at Lions Park. When shown in the pavilion, the movies will also start BEFORE dusk, so please come early! Watch the Park and Recreation Main Page under Announcements to find out if it will be held in the pavilion.

Other Recreational Providers:

Greenville Youth Sports is a private organization that provides baseball, softball and t-ball programming at Community Park. For more information please visit their website.

The Fox West YMCA is a non-profit organization that provides many recreational opportunities to both members and non-members. For more information on their programs please visit their website or stop in at their facility located at W6931 School Rd.
